❂ HOW TO BUY

We release a new batch of work each month. If you would like to be emailed when new work is available, you can join our mailing list at the bottom of this page!

 

❂ LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY

We offer free delivery within 10km of our studio in Nelson, BC! If you are eligible for this option, it will pop up at checkout automatically. If you are outside of our delivery range but would like to pick up your order, please send an email to cedarwoodceramics@gmail.com - we will refund your shipping costs and arrange that :)

 

❂ MULTIPLE ORDERS 

We automatically pack orders under the same name and address together. You can send and email to cedarwoodceramics@gmail.com if you need to combine orders with different names or addresses. We also automatically refund any shipping overages.

 

❂ RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges. 

 

❂ CANCELLATIONS

An order may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase - As long as the item has not been shipped.

 

❂ SHIPPING PRICES

The shipping price for a 1-2 mug box is approximately $16-$30 (Within Canada and USA) We also offer worldwide shipping, but only with air mail, which costs approximately $45.

 

❂ SHIPPING MATERIALS 

All of our ceramics are packaged in strong corrugated boxes. We use recycled paper, natural rubber tape, biodegradable corn starch peanuts, and occasionally cellulose wadding (recycled paper padding) to wrap large items.

 

❂ MUG PRICES

The prices on items are all a bit different, they are based on the amount time and materials needed. Our general mug prices are in the $120-200CAD range.

 

❂ CUSTOM/WHOLESALE ORDERS

We are unfortunately not able to accept any custom or wholesale orders at this time.

 

❂ CARE INFO

We recommend hand-washing our pieces, all of our ceramics are microwave safe.
